Orkney Camp: Sunday, August 22, 2010 - Friday, August 27, 2010

FCPS requires a number of forms and permissions for students to participate in Band activities. The payment and first set of forms were due July 1, 2010. If you were out of town and missed that date, please contact the Marching Band Coordinator or the Receipts Treasurer as soon as possible.

The second set of forms are due on or before July 29, 2010.

Check-in for camp is Sunday, August 22, at 9:00 am EDT in the Auditorium Lobby at TJ. A parent should accompany each student through the check-in process. Our standard procedure is to have parents check in medications on Sunday and pick up the remaining medications when we return on Friday. If you need to carpool, we can make alternate arrangements--just let us know.

Buses depart TJ at 11:00 am EDT for Shrine Mont.

Buses will return to TJ at approximately 11:30 am EDT on Friday, August 27.
